NFL players should be able to participate in the upcoming Summer Olympic Games for flag football, and so now the question is do teams and fans want those players to perform in those games, or would you rather the players focus on NFL football?
Look, I want the Los Angeles Rams to focus on the Super Bowl, but shoot if someone can take a chance at winning a gold medal, why would I stand in their way? Both feats seem pretty rad to me.
Do you have an opinion on this? I don’t think we’ll have to worry about this until 2028 but time flies!
Happy Friday, thank you to the readers, the commenters, fellow writers, SB Nation, thank you to everyone. It takes a village and I love doing this. Comment on whatever you want and I hope you have a great and safe day!

“For this, we’re only counting players who have played at least two full seasons for the team so no Von Miller or Odell Beckham Jr.

Does anything more need to be said? Stafford is a Super Bowl champion with a rocket arm and experience running a spread offense.
Running Back: Todd Gurley
In flag football, running backs need to be able to catch and make people miss instead of running through them. Thus Gurley gets the nod over Eric Dickerson.”

Fans Speculating About Possible Aaron Donald Comeback After Cryptic Post (athlonsports)
“Aaron Donald surely doesn’t look retired. The former Los Angeles Rams standout defensive tackle and future Hall of Famer shared a post of himself working out on Instagram on Tuesday.
Rapping along to a song, he bench pressed 130-pound dumbbells on an incline for 10 reps before standing up and shrugging with them, too.
“I need some heavier weights #ready #ad99 #hardworkpaysoff,” Donald captioned the post.”

Sean McVay builds a rookie revolution as Los Angeles Rams unveil promising draft class led by NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Jared Verse (motorcyclesports.net)
“In the high-stakes world of the NFL, where experience often trumps youth, the Los Angeles Rams, under the guidance of Sean McVay, have flipped the script. This narrative isn’t just about a team; it’s a testament to a revolutionary approach that champions the raw, untamed potential of rookies. At the heart of this rookie revolution is Jared Verse, a player whose meteoric rise to being named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year last season encapsulates the essence of McVay’s strategy.
Rookie Revolution Under McVay
Since Sean McVay took the helm as head coach, the Los Angeles Rams have consistently sidestepped conventional wisdom, which often leans heavily on seasoned players. Remarkably, amidst this unconventional approach, only one player selected in the first round has donned the Rams’ colors under McVay’s tenure. That player, Jared Verse, not only lived up to the expectations but also surpassed them, clinching the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year title. This accolade underlines the success of McVay’s audacious bet on rookies, a strategy that has infused the Rams with a vibrant, dynamic energy.”
