The futures of Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp in Los Angeles are very much uncertain at the moment, with Stafford needing a new contract and Kupp set to be traded by the Rams.
Kupp didn’t seem overly thrilled about the fact that he’ll most likely be traded, saying in his announcement earlier this month that he doesn’t agree with the decision and believed he’d finish his career with the Rams. It’ll take a minor miracle for Kupp to remain in L.A. and it seems the team is already moving on.
Keeping with tradition, the Rams shared some punny Valentine’s Day cards with their fans on social media and notably, Cooper Kupp wasn’t one of the players featured. Matthew Stafford was, however, which has fans thinking he’ll remain with the Rams.
Others include Sean McVay, Jared Verse, Beaux Limmer, Kevin Dotson and Omar Speights.

Are we reading too deeply into a harmless and funny Valentine’s Day post by the team? Definitely. But it’s no accident that they left Kupp out this year.
And maybe it really is a good sign that Stafford got a card. Who knows?
