The Los Angeles Rams have Ernest Jones under contract for one more year before his rookie deal expires, but they needed to add some depth at linebacker this offseason.
After already bringing back Christian Rozeboom, the Rams are doing the same with Troy Reeder. The team announced on Thursday that it has signed Reeder to a new contract.
Reeder was an unrestricted free agent this offseason and has decided to return to Los Angeles for another year.
He primarily played special teams last season but was previously a starter for the Rams during their 2021 Super Bowl run.
In 17 games last season, including six starts, he recorded 23 total tackles.
