The Los Angeles Rams’ 2026 regular season opponents have been revealed, which include teams from the AFC West and NFC East in addition to their usual slate against the NFC West.
The Rams’ home schedule includes games against the Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks. However, one of those matchups will take place in Melbourne, Australia, as part of the 2026 NFL International Series.
The Rams will have an extra home matchup in 2026 as part of the NFL’s 17-game schedule, which is a contest against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills.
Meanwhile, L.A. will travel to play the Denver Broncos, Las Vegas Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Washington Commanders, Cardinals, Seahawks and 49ers.
The Rams’ matchups against the Bills, Buccaneers and Packers are a byproduct of the team finishing second in the NFC West this season. They will also play the entire NFC East and AFC West divisions.
All-in-all, the Rams’ 2026 regular season schedule includes nine games against playoff teams from the previous year. Four of those are against a pair of NFC West rivals in the 49ers and Seahawks.
On the flip side, the Rams also have matchups against the Raiders, Cardinals, Giants, Commanders and Chiefs, who will make top-10 picks in this year’s NFL Draft.
The full 2026 NFL schedule, including dates and kickoff times, will be announced in mid-May.
Rams will pick No. 13 in 2026 NFL Draft due to trade with Falcons
The Los Angeles Rams officially secured the No. 13 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, which will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa., on April 23-25.
The pick originally belonged to the Atlanta Falcons, who traded it to the Rams during the 2025 NFL Draft for a chance to select James Pearce Jr. at No. 26.
As part of the deal, the Falcons also traded their second- and seventh-round picks in last year’s draft for the Rams’ 2025 first- and third-rounders.
Atlanta finished 8-9 this season and narrowly missed the playoffs. If not for the team ending the year on a four-game winning streak, the pick they sent L.A. would have been even better.
The Rams also have their own first-round draft pick, which is currently projected to be at No. 29. However, that could change depending on how the playoffs shape up.
