The Los Angeles Rams will have a couple of big decisions to make at safety this offseason when John Johnson III and Jordan Fuller, their two starters from 2023, become unrestricted free agents. The Rams typically don’t sign safeties to lucrative contracts, so it’s possible they’ll let both walk.
That’ll leave the depth chart extremely thin on proven talent in 2024, likely resulting in the Rams either signing an outside free agent or drafting a safety or two in April. Either way, it’s possible Los Angeles will be looking at two new starting safeties next season.
