Should Rams trade for Trey Hendrickson?
The Cincinnati Bengals have given Trey Hendrickson permission to seek a trade, opting instead to invest more money into their offense with Tee Higgins on the franchise tag for the second year in a row. Is Hendrickson a worthy trade target and long-term investment at 30 years old?

Hendrickson led the NFL with 17.5 sacks in 2024, which is also the same number he had in 2023. That’s 35 sacks in the last two seasons alone.
The Rams may not care that much about their first round pick at 26th overall, so who knows how willing Les Snead is to part with it for a proven player, and L.A. has a lot of cap room coming in 2026 and 2027. How fearsome would the Rams defense be if they added Hendrickson alongside Jared Verse, Braden Fiske, and Kobie Turner?
Pretty fearsome. Could L.A. even include Byron Young to sweeten the pot?
Hendrickson has one year left on his contract, so he’s looking for a long-term deal.
