The Jacksonville Jaguars are searching for a new general manager after firing Trent Baalke and a key member of the Los Angeles Rams’ front office is on their list of candidates. The Jaguars announced on Wednesday that they have completed their interview with James Gladstone, who is the Rams’ director of scouting strategy.
Gladstone is one of several candidates vying for the position and he’s the third to officially complete an interview with the Jaguars. Trey Brown and Josh Williams are the only other candidates who have had interviews with the team so far, though four other candidates have been requested to be interviewed.

Gladstone is a big part of the Rams’ draft plans, working closely with Sean McVay and Les Snead to find prospects in the draft each year. He’s been with the Rams for eight years, including the last four as their director of scouting strategy.
