The Rams went into Chicago with high hopes and realistic expectations, failing to satisfy any of them. To say that a loss to the Bears is unacceptable would be an understatement but the manor in which the Rams’ lost on Sunday feels almost indescribable.
I say almost because we can describe it but indescribable in the fact that one would not expect a team of the Rams’ quality to play as poorly and operate as disfunctionally as they did today. At points throughout today’s contest, it felt like we were transported back in time to the 2010s when it would be the Matthew Stafford show with the Lions letting him down against Chicago. The only difference today was the jerseys. Here’s 5 takeaways from today’s loss.
