Kyren Williams has his biggest game of the season
The Los Angeles Rams will take on the New Orleans Saints this afternoon in a must-win game to keep their playoff hopes alive. Here are my three bold predictions for this week’s matchup.
LA wins by double digits
Rob Havenstein good to go; Alaric Jackson questionable but expected to play.

Sunday’s matchup against the Saints this afternoon will be the healthiest the Rams have been all season and with their backs against the wall in a heated divisional battle they will come out with everything they have to secure the win. It won’t be easy. Despite what New Orleans record tells you they can be deadly in all phases and just got done dismantling the Cleveland Browns 35-14. Alvin Kamara likely is salivating at the opportunity to play a Rams defense that just gave Saquon Barkley a team-record 255 yards rushing last week in primetime. Matthew Stafford should have more time to throw with Rob Havenstein back in the mix on the offensive line and Kyren Williams should benefit as well which is why I am predicting a double digit win for LA for just the second time this season.
Derek Carr is sacked 5 times
Chris Shula’s unit will get a break this week from the mobile quarterback with Derek Carr lining up across the line and will have more opportunities to hit home on their blitzes. Saints’ QBs have been well protected this season with the offensive line only allowing 13 sacks this season but some of that has been their ability to get the ball out quickly. Jared Verse will be especially hungry after failing to record a sack against the Philadelphia Eagles despite putting some incredible highlights on film.

His supporting cast will also look to improve after a difficult matchup against one of the league’s best offensive lines. This defensive line has been the Rams’ greatest strength which is why I am predicting another big game from them with five total sacks.
Kyren Williams finishes with over 150 yards rushing and two scores
if ya’ll want to pretend that kyren williams wasn’t the lifeblood of this team last season and the first half of this season, fine but it couldn’t be me
the fumbling is a problem but i’m not going to be ignorant and jump ship on a great player
take the nonsense elsewhere

The Kyren Williams debate is alive and well in the Rams community after he fumbled twice in last week’s blowout loss to the Eagles. Some have called for Blake Corum to get the majority of snaps while others have argued that Williams is 60% of LA’s touchdowns this season. He has a favorable matchup against a team that is giving the ninth most rushing yards per game (134.2) and will be playing behind the healthiest offensive line he has had all season long. Williams has struggled to match his production from last year but he can quiet his doubters with a big game on Sunday which is exactly what I am predicting. Williams will finish with 150+ yard rushing a two scores in what should be his best game of the season.
