The playoffs start this weekend in the NFL.
The Chargers are back in the playoffs again for the second consecutive season.
Here are three keys for the Chargers to secure a playoff win this Sunday against the Patriots.
1) Justin Eboigbe Gets 2+ Sacks
Justin Eboigbe ended Year 2 on a very positive note. The second-year linemen finished the season with 6.0 sacks.
He improved from last season, where he played 26 defensive snaps in his rookie season.
2) Playoff Focus
The playoffs start this weekend, and the Chargers are still looking for their first playoff win since 2019. “New England… all focus needs to be on that” is what head Coach Jim Harbaugh told his team this week as the Chargers get ready for the playoffs.
Tony Jefferson said to the media this week.
“It’s a whole new season.”
3) Keenan Allen Stays Hot
Keenan Allen got 6 catches last week in Denver. Look for him to do the same on Sunday against the Patriots.
Allen set numerous franchise records this season for the Chargers, and he’s looking to make more history for the franchise.
If the Chargers can do these things, they’re definitely in line to go deep in the AFC playoffs.
Anything can definitely happen in the playoffs, and Chargers fans are excited to see their team back in the playoffs again.
