Joey Bosa will replace Khalil Mack at this year’s Pro Bowl Games while the latter rehabs from an injury.
On Thursday, the Chargers announced that edge rusher Joey Bosa has been named to the 2025 Pro Bowl Games. He will replace fellow pass rusher Khalil Mack who has withdrawn from the event due to an injury.
In 14 games this season, Bosa finished with just five sacks and five tackles for loss. Both totals are the lowest of his career when playing at least 14 games. Luckily for him, the Pro Bowl Games have long-been a popularity contest for whichever players have the biggest following to help vote them into the event. Even during one of the least-productive seasons of his career, the Chargers fan base came out to support their guy.

As it currently stands, Bosa will join both left tackle Rashawn Slater and safety Derwin James at this year’s Pro Bowl Games. Both Slater and James were named starters for the event and Bosa will replace Mack as a non-starter.
