The Chargers have finally put pen to paper as they’ve officially signed first-round RB Omarion Hampton.
The Chargers began the process of signing their 2025 draft class on May 9 when they signed the latter seven of their nine draft picks, beginning with third-rounder Jamaree Caldwell and ending with seventh-round pick Trikweze Bridges.
On Monday afternoon, 10 days later, the Chargers officially announced the signing of former North Carolina running back and 2025 first-round pick Omarion Hampton.

According to NFL insider Aaron Wilson, Hampton’s contract is a four-year, full-guaranteed $17.77 million deal that includes a signing bonus of $9.56 million. With this deal done, the only Chargers 2025 draft pick left unsigned is wide receiver Tre Harris whom the team selected out of Ole Miss in the second round.
