UCLA basketball star Skyy Clark is asking for hopes and prayers today as his father is battling a major health issue.
Taking to X on Friday, Clark revealed that his father is in the intensive care unit after suffering a stroke. He said that he expects a long process but knows his father is a father and will get through this.
“good afternoon everybody. if i could ask for everyone’s prayers, my father suffered a stroke a few days ago and is in the ICU. this will be a long process but he has always been a fighter and i know he will make it out of this stronger than ever. i appreciate everyone. God bless,” Clark wrote.

Clark didn’t have to wait long for the heartfelt messages of support to enter his replies:
“Been through it man… awful place to be, thinking about you and your family,” one user replied.
“Our prayers go out to you and your family! Stay strong young man! He feels your strength,” wrote another.
“Consider Kenny Clark a good friend of mine, as great a dude you’ll meet. Heart hurts for Skyy and the Clarks, know #BBN will rally through with prayers for a family who needs and deserves ‘em,” a third declared.
We all wish the Clark family the best during this difficult time. Get well soon Mr. Clark!
