Who will advance to the playoffs in the fifth annual play-in tournament?
Hello and welcome to the play-in games thread. You are welcome to discuss the seeding games.
April 15th
Atlanta Hawks (8 seed) will face the Orlando Magic (7 seed) at 4:30 pm MT/6:30 PM ET on TNT, TruTv and MAX
The Magic won 120-95 and will face the Celtics in the first round. The Hawks will face the winner of the Heat and Bulls game on April 18th.
Memphis Grizzlies (8 seed) vs Golden State Warriors (7 seed) at 7:00 PM MT/ 9:00 PM ET on TNT, TruTV and MAX.
Warriors won 121-116 and will face the Rockets in the 1st round. Grizzlies will face the winner of the Mavericks and Kings game.
Whoever wins this game will be the No. 7 seed and face the No. 2 seed in their respective conferences. The loser faces the winner of the 9/10 seed games.
April 16th
Miami Heat (10 seed) vs. Chicago Bulls (9 seed) at 4:30 PM MT/ 6:30 PM ET on TNT, Tru TV and MAX
Dallas Mavericks (10 seed) vs. Sacramento Kings (9 seed) at 7:00 PM MT/ 9:00 PM on TNT, TruTv and MAX.
Winner will face the loser of the 7/8 seed. Loser will be out of the playoffs.
April 18th
West loser of game on April 15 will face the winner of the April 16 game. Winner earns the No. 8 seed and faces the Thunder.
East loser of game on April 15 will face the winner of the April 16 game. Winner earns the No. 8 seed and faces the Cavs.
