The Los Angeles Lakers play their first back-to-back set of games this weekend. The Lakers beat the Suns at home on Friday, then host the Kings on Saturday night. Veteran forward LeBron James said he plans to play both ends of the back-to-back, but added that he plans to play even more.
“Yeah. I plan on playing every game. We’ll see what happens. You never know. We’ll see what happens if I don’t,” James said when asked if he’d play in the second night of the back-to-back set.
Lakers coach JJ Redick said the team will plan “in real time” as to the availability of players.
“How do they feel when they get up Saturday morning?” Redick said about players and facing the Kings on Saturday.
