LeBron James is gearing up for the NBA Playoffs, but he had some down time this week leading up to Game 1.
James and the Los Angeles Lakers open up the postseason tomorrow night, but on Wednesday evening, he and his wife Savannah had a movie date night together. The choice of entertainment was Sinners, Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan’s new supernatural action horror film which hit theaters Thursday.
James shared a photo of himself and Savannah standing next to a poster for the flick. The two look cozy in their sweats, which seems to indicate this was a private screening of sorts, either at James’ home or a small venue.
“My brothers Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan did it again!!! ABSOLUTE INCREDIBLE FILM! Ryan, Thank you for allowing My Queen, I, family and friends to screen it. 10/10 movie! Make sure y’all go check out “SINNERS” tomorrow! It’s a MUST SEE!!!!!!” James tweeted.

Despite the fact this screening was likely done in private, James is still getting trolled a little for his outfit.
“Slippers at a movie premiere?” one person wrote.
“You wear that to a movie premiere? Jordan would never,” another person said.
“Bron so rich he had the movie premiere at his crib lol,” a third person joked.
“NGL bro. The sweats tucked into the socks w/ LV slippers is diabolical,” a fourth person said.
“Why did they put a movie poster in your house?” a fifth person added.

We’re happy to see LeBron enjoyed Sinners, but come tomorrow night, King James will be all business as he begins the march toward what he hopes is a fifth NBA title.
The Lakers are the No. 3 seed in the Western Conference and will face sixth-seeded Minnesota in the first round of the playoffs.
Game 1 will tip off at 8:30 p.m. ET Saturday night on ABC.
