The Los Angeles Lakers have picked up the 2026-27 rookie scale team option for wing Dalton Knecht. This is Knecht’s third-year rookie scale option. Knecht will be on the Lakers cap sheet for next season for $4.2 million.
Knecht appeared in 78 games during his rookie season in Los Angeles. The 6-foot-6 averaged 9.1 points in 19.2 minutes per game. Knecht shot 46% from the field, including 37.6% on 4.4 three-point attempts per game.
