Bryce James, the youngest son of NBA star LeBron James, can officially say he’s one of the top 100 recruits in his class.
On Tuesday, On3 revealed its latest ranking for Bryce James. The news outlet currently has him ranked No. 100 in the 2025 class.
Judging by the reactions on social media, basketball fans strongly disagree with On3’s ranking for Bryce. They believe he should be outside of the top 100.
To be fair, Bryce didn’t exactly light up the boxscore at this year’s Peach Jam. He averaged 5.6 points and 2.4 rebounds per contest.
“Bryce James is not a Top 100 player right now,” Jeff Goodman said.
“Bryce James being a top-100 recruit is significantly worse than anything Bronny-related over the last two years,” Kevin Sweeney wrote.
“He’s not even top 100 lol these James boys overrated,” one fan tweeted.
Another fan said, “Fake recruiting rankings.”
According to 247Sports, Bryce James has received offers from Duquesne and Ohio State. That’s not bad for the No. 100 recruit in his class.
If Bryce can develop his skillset over the next few months, he should receive at least a few more offers.
Do you think On3’s ranking for Bryce is too high, too low, or just right?
