Ivica Zubac left the LA Clippers’ 103-88 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in the first half with a left ankle injury. Zubac went to the floor late in the first quarter and immediately hobbled to the Clippers’ locker room.
Zubac had five points and two rebounds in 11 minutes prior to the injury. Brook Lopez entered the game for the Clippers at center.
Zubac has been one of the Clippers’ bright spots in their disappointing 7-21 start to the season. Zubac is averaging 15.6 points, 11.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 32.0 minutes over 28 games this season.
