The LA Clippers, along with the Toronto Raptors, Boston Celtics, and Orlando Magic, are recipients of the NBA’s team partnership awards for activations last season.
This included augmented reality, 3D post-production care, and high-tech, innovative fan engagement to enhance the game and fan experiences. The Clippers have a strong partnership with Intuit, which helped them win the Team Partnership of the Year award.

The Clippers’ naming rights with Intuit were not only groundbreaking, but also one way to increase fan engagement; the other was the tremendous groundwork led by Steve Ballmer and the Clippers’ front office.
The Clippers front office started the Money Baller Challenge, an AR-centric game that introduced virtual shooting to fans. Intuit also offered a Community Tax Day, providing free, full-service tax assistance to members of the surrounding community.
The Clippers created the best fan experience for the fans this season!
Steve Ballmer and the rest of the Clippers’ front office truly defined the Clippers and made the organization the best in the world in comparison to what it was under Donald Sterling. The Clippers have not only had the longest winning streaks in franchise history for 14 years, but the team also has the best front office, fans, modern arena, and an owner who cares about the fans and the players.
Steve Ballmer and the rest of the Clippers front office should be proud of what they accomplished since they bought the Clippers in 2014. The Clippers are now a world-class organization, and with Intuit Dome, the arena is a modern and high-tech arena in the NBA
Intuit Dome has the best fan section known as “The Wall.”
The Clippers are going to make the place even tougher for opponents again this season.
