2025-26 Fantasy Basketball Dynasty Rankings: Round 5
49. Austin Reaves
Despite the Los Angeles Lakers acquiring a superstar at last season’s trade deadline, Austin Reaves’ fantasy value and production didn’t falter. The 27-year-old has continuously improved his ranking and can take on an expanded role when his 40-year-old teammate retires. The guard contributes to multiple areas, namely points, rebounds, assists, steals and threes.
50. Josh Giddey
Josh Giddey is coming off a resurgent season following his first year with the Chicago Bulls. His trademark is his versatile production in the main categories and solid shooting splits. The 22-year-old has also been known to compile some triple-doubles. The biggest hole in the guard/forward’s game is turnovers, and he’s also not a consistent source of threes.
51. Jarrett Allen
Over the past few seasons, Jarrett Allen’s numbers have slightly declined. He’s sharing the court with a rising big man, and his minutes have trended backwards. However, the 27-year-old can still be counted on to provide solid defensive numbers, complemented by some points on efficient shooting from the floor. Allen also remains a double-double threat.
52. Zach LaVine
2025-26 will be Zach LaVine’s first full season with the Sacramento Kings. Playing alongside two co-stars will affect his numbers a bit, but the 30-year-old is still a safe pick. He won’t be providing much value on the defensive end besides some rebounds and steals, but he’s pretty well-rounded offensively. When LaVine isn’t hurt, he’s a reliable fantasy contributor.
53. Kyrie Irving
After suffering a torn ACL in March, Kyrie Irving could return to the court as soon as January 2026. The 33-year-old has a lofty injury history, but his talent compensates for it. Irving has an appealing fantasy profile thanks to his versatility, with his only flaw being turnovers. It’s been a while since he’s suited up for more than 60 games, but managers know they’re getting an elite player.
54. Deni Avdija
A trade to the Portland Trail Blazers was exactly what Deni Avdija needed to break out. The forward upped his scoring and three-point shooting output while maintaining his assists, stocks and efficiency. Avdija fluctuated between starting and coming off the bench, but at 24, he’s a perfect piece for the team’s youth movement and has proven that he deserves a significant role.

55. Pascal Siakam
Pascal Siakam’s numbers aren’t the most eye-popping, yet his ability to do a bit of everything is enough for him to be a valuable fantasy asset. The forward is also in for a big year with his co-star sidelined for the entirety of 2025-26. The 31-year-old is a good two-way player who only lacked in free-throw percentage last season.
56. Jordan Poole
The past few years have been up and down for Jordan Poole. Following a resurgence, he appears to be on the rise again. The 26-year-old is an offensive specialist who can knock down threes, dish out some assists and make free throws. He also offers some steals, but be aware of his field goal percentage and turnovers. Poole was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans over the offseason.
57. Zion Williamson
Pesky injuries have hindered Zion Williamson from reaching his full potential. As a result, he’s been a risky player to roster. On the bright side, he’s only 25, and the talent is there. When he plays at 100%, the forward/center can provide points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks with good efficiency. Williamson is horrid at free-throw shooting and threes and is turnover-prone.
58. Mark Williams
Two years ago, Mark Williams caught the attention of fantasy managers for his ability to score, rebound, block shots and have a high conversion rate. Then, health issues got in the way. The 23-year-old is yet to appear in over 45 games across his three-year career. The big man is getting a fresh start with the Phoenix Suns, but his durability remains a big question mark.
59. Jalen Suggs
Despite never playing more than 30 minutes per game, Jalen Suggs has continuously improved his fantasy ranking. He appears locked into the Orlando Magic’s starting point guard role, where he has displayed his two-way prowess. The 24-year-old has had some trouble with shooting, turnovers and injuries, as he’s only played 55+ contests once across four seasons.
60. Walker Kessler
Most of Walker Kessler’s stats leave much to be desired, but he excels in three areas: rebounds, blocks and field goal percentage. The big man has also shown glimpses of developing an offensive game and is a double-double threat. The 24-year-old has tremendous upside; however, there’s also the problem that he plays for the notorious tanking Utah Jazz.
