This says it all:

“It wasn’t super clean tonight, they hit some homers but, you know, kind of a team win tonight, bullpen did great, got some big knocks, big offense for us, so, it wasn’t special by any means, but a win’s a win,” 37-year-old Dodgers left-hander Clayton Kershaw told SportsNet LA’s Kirsten Watson postgame.

As noted in Kershaw’s final line, he finished his seventh start of the season striking out four Washington Nationals batters, doing so on 78 pitches of which 45 were strikes (57.69%). And while this may not be “…super clean…” for him, it was every bit Kershaw being Kershaw.
He is also every bit still the man.
