As every baseball fan knows (especially every Dodgers and Blue Jays fan), 36-year-old Dodgers utility infielder Miguel Rojas hit what has been called one of the most clutch home runs in the 122-year history of our national pastime with his dramatic game-tying home run off Blue Jays closer Jeff Hoffman in the top of the ninth inning to send Game 7 of the 2025 Fall Classic into extra innings at Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto. Miggy’s home run set up the Dodgers eventual 5-2 win to secure their second consecutive World Series championship.
On Friday it was announced that the bat the popular Los Teques, Venezuela native used to hit his now historic home run had arrived at the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York, where it will enjoy baseball eternity.

Well done, Miggy Ro!
