Muncy crushed a three-run home run in the bottom of the second inning against Will Warren to give the Dodgers a 7-0 lead and to give him his 200th career home run.
The Dodgers mounted a barrage in the first two innings against the New York Yankees on Saturday, scoring 10 runs before New York had their first hit of the game.
In the second inning, Max Muncy knocked Will Warren out of the game by hitting a mammoth three-run home run to left center field. It was Muncy’s 200th home run of his big league career, and the 195th hit as a Dodger.

Muncy becomes the first Dodger to record his 200th career home run since Shohei Ohtani did so on July 13 of last season against the Detroit Tigers. He also became the 384th player in MLB history to hit at least 200 or more home runs.
