Regular season, postseason, now award season. Now the Dodgers have five players in the running for a Silver Slugger Award.
Previous award winners Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman, Mookie Betts and Teoscar Hernández are finalists, as well as previous Silver Slugger finalist Will Smith.
The Dodgers are a finalist for National League Offensive Team of the Year. Their competition is the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The awards are voted on by Major League managers and coaches.
Silver Slugger Award winners will be announced in a special one-hour broadcast on MLB Network at 3:00 p.m. PT on Nov. 12.
