With their dominate 8-1 win over the National League West’s (very) last-place Colorado Rockies at mile-high Coors Field on Wednesday night, the Dodgers became the first National League team to reach the 50-win mark:

As for those eight Dodgers runs, six were driven in by Dodgers third baseman Max Muncy, who has been on an absolute terror of late, including two grand slam home runs in the past week.

“You never know what’s gonna happen here, you’re playing on the moon. I’ve seen crazy things happen here,” Muncy told SportsNet LA’s Kirsten Watson postgame.
“He’s got alot of confidence right now, I think the at-bat quality each time, it’s just good,” Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told Watson. “He’s seeing the baseball well, confident, taking good at-bats, and driving in runs when we need ’em,” he added.
Stay hot, Max!
