Major League Baseball is a finger pointing sport, plain and simple. And though there are many occasions where the finger pointing is a good thing, it is more often done when someone screws up – say, like, when 36-year-old Dodgers utility infielder Miguel Rojas airmailed his throw well past Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman on a ground ball hit to him by Houston Astros right fielder Cam Smith in the top of the third inning on Saturday.
Rojas’ error prolonged the inning and gave their former World Series opponents a then 3-2 lead in their eventual 6-2 win over the Dodgers.

To be fair, Rojas had a banner day at the plate on Saturday, going 2-for-2 with a RBI single to center in the bottom of the second and a two-run home run to left-center field in the bottom of the fourth, thereby driving in three of the Dodgers four runs in their eventual 6-2 loss to the much-hated Astros.
