Dodgers pick up former Tigers fan favorite as Nationals scrounge for LA’s scraps

The Dodgers claimed journeyman third baseman Buddy Kennedy off of waivers from the Blue Jays, and the Nationals picked up DFA’ed reliever Julian Fernández.
