After opening their past two seasons with high-profile trips to Japan, the Dodgers get an international break in 2026 with the World Baseball Classic scheduled for March.
MLB on Tuesday announced its preliminary schedule for the 2026 season, with the Dodgers set to open the campaign at Dodger Stadium on March 26 as part of a three-game series against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Dodgers then play a three-game interleague series against the Cleveland Guardians (March 30-April 1) to close the first homestand.
The Dodgers’ second homestand begins April 10 against the Texas Rangers and, as is tradition, Dodger Stadium will host Jackie Robinson night, on Wednesday, April 15 against the New York Mets.
The Dodgers will have a season-long 10-game homestand that leads into the All-Star break from July 2-12, featuring games against three NL West division rivals: the San Diego Padres (July 2-5), Colorado Rockies (July 6-8) and Diamondbacks (July 10-12).
MLB’s balanced schedule returns for the fourth consecutive season, meaning the Dodgers will play at least one series against every major league team. Next year, in addition to the Guardians and Rangers, the Dodgers will host the Angels (June 5-7), Tampa Bay Rays (June 15-June 17), Baltimore Orioles (June 19-21), Seattle Mariners (July 28-30), Boston Red Sox (July 31-Aug. 2) and Kansas City Royals (Aug. 10-12) in Interleague play.
The final home games of the season will be Sept. 22-24 against the Padres, and the regular season ends on Sunday, Sept. 27 at Oracle Park in San Francisco.
Their road interleague series are at Toronto (April 6-8), at Houston (May 4-6), at the Angels (May 15-17), at the Chicago White Sox (June 12-14), at Minnesota (June 22-24), against the A’s in Sacramento (June 29-July 1) and at the New York Yankees (July 17-19), which is part of a nine-game road trip after the All-Star break that includes games against the Phillies and Mets. The Dodgers’ other interleague road series is at Detroit (Aug. 28-30).
The Dodgers’ two trips to San Diego are May 18-20 and June 26-28, while they travel to San Francisco for an April 21-23 series in addition to the aforementioned regular-season finale.
The Dodgers will also be home for nearly all of the holidays in 2026, including Mother’s Day vs. the Atlanta (May 10), Memorial Day vs. the Rockies (May 25), Father’s Day vs. the Orioles (June 21), Independence Day vs. the Padres (July 4) and Labor Day vs. the Cincinnati Reds (Sept. 7).
