Shohei Ohtani makes his second start on the mound, six days after he threw 28 pitches in one inning on Monday against the Padres. This time he’s expected to stretch out to two innings or so, continuing his progression toward traditional starts. Ben Casparius followed Ohtani in a bulk role on Monday and figures to do the same in the series finale against the Nationals.
