Dodgers’ Mookie Betts ruled out of Tokyo Series vs. Cubs because of stomach virus

Mookie Betts will miss both of the Dodgers’ season-opening games at the Tokyo Dome this week against the Chicago Cubs, manager Dave Roberts said Monday.
