Opener on March 18 is on Fox, with March 19 on FS1. Neither broadcast is exclusive, and both Dodgers-Cubs games will also be televised by SportsNet LA.
There will be two options to watch the Dodgers’ first two games of the season, against the Cubs on March 18-19 at the Tokyo Dome in Japan. Fox will televise the opener nationally, while FS1 will have the second game.
Neither broadcast is exclusive, and both games will still be televised locally on SportsNet LA. Both games start at 3 a.m. PT, so set an alarm with a reminder of the television options in case you are too tired at the time.
Joe Davis will be on the SportsNet LA calls for those two games. The Fox announcers haven’t yet been announced.
Fox also has at least six Saturday games of the Dodgers exclusively on the network, beginning with April 19 against the Rangers at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The remainder of the Fox Sports 2025 schedule will be announced at a later date.
As for the opening games against the Cubs, Dave Roberts already announced that Yoshinobu Yamamoto will start the opener, and that rookie Roki Sasaki is expected to start the second game. Cubs manager Craig Counsell said Shota Imanaga will start one of the two games for Chicago, and on Tuesday the Cubs officially announced Imanaga will start the first game.
That makes Japanese pitchers for three of the four starting pitchers for the Tokyo Series.
