The Los Angeles Dodgers announced their Minor League coaching staffs for the 2025 season with Scott Hennessey (Oklahoma City), Eric Wedge (Tulsa), Jair Fernandez (Great Lakes), John Shoemaker (Rancho Cucamonga), Juan Apodaca (Arizona Complex League Dodgers), Leury Bonilla and Sergio Mendez (Dominican Summer League Dodgers) all leading their respective squads.

The Dodgers farm system returns five of their seven managers from last season, with Scott Hennessey making the jump from Double-A Tulsa to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Hennessey will take over the newly named Oklahoma City Comets after seven years of leading the Drillers. He finished his Double-A managing career with 455 wins, second in Tulsa history behind Bobby Jones who notched 496 career wins in eight seasons for Tulsa.
Hennessey’s promotion to Triple-A allows Wedge to take over Tulsa. Wedge returns to professional baseball after spending the last three seasons as the Head Coach of the Wichita State Shockers. Prior to joining his alma mater, he managed 10 seasons in the Major Leagues with Cleveland (2003-09) and Seattle (2011-13), going 774-846 with a 6-5 postseason record. He was the American League Manager of the Year in 2007, leading Cleveland to the Central Division title and a Division Series win over the New York Yankees before falling to the Boston Red Sox in the American League Championship Series.
Mendez returns to managing the DSL squad after spending the last seven seasons as a DSL coach. This is his fourth managerial stint, as he managed the DSL Nationals (2005-07), DSL Diamondbacks (2023) and the DSL Dodgers 1 (2016). He was the Dominican Summer League Manager of the Year in 2007 after leading the squad to a 49-15 record and was the first Nationals farm system manager to guide his team to a championship.
Last season, the Dodger minor league affiliates recorded a combined .517 winning percentage (370-346), posting the 11th best winning percentage in all of baseball. ACL Dodgers were the only team to make the playoffs last season. The Dodgers farm system finished their ninth straight winning season and are a combined 3,770-3,171 (.543) since their last losing season in 2013.
In 2024, Hunter Feduccia, Andy Pages, Ben Casparius, Edgardo Henriquez, Landon Knack, Michael Petersen, River Ryan, Eduardo Salazar, Ricky Vanasco, Justin Wrobleski all made their Major League debuts for Los Angeles, and seven of the 10 players were signed or drafted by the Dodgers.
