Dodgers’ 2025 non-roster invite list includes top prospects and seven players with big league experience

by Megan Garcia
The Dodgers announced non-roster invitees to 2025 Spring Training Camp. Seven of the 24 players have Major League experience, while the Dodgers’ top six prospects also made the invitational list — most notably with №1 prospect Roki Sasaki and №2 prospect Dalton Rushing.
Sasaki will get his first taste of Major League Spring Training after he signed with the Dodgers on Wednesday. Rushing, the Dodgers’ 2024 Branch Rickey Minor League Player of the Year, returns to Camelback Ranch after he hit 26 home runs and drove in 85 runs with Triple-A Oklahoma City and Double-A Tulsa.
Non-roster invite and infielder David Bote played six seasons with the Chicago Cubs (2018–2022, 2024). He played 37 games for the Cubs in 2024 and had a .304 batting average and .725 OPS.
Reliever Giovanny Gallegos leads the veteran pitching group. He has a 3.49 ERA during his nine-year career with the Cardinals and Yankees, along with postseason experience. The right-hander owns a 2.79 ERA in 10 postseason appearances with the Cardinals — eight of them being scoreless.
