The culinary team at Dodger Stadium has been concocting a new menu that mixes the city’s diverse culture and the sport’s most popular food.
Now, a new lineup of food is ready to hit the concussion stands on Opening Day for fans to savor.
Highlights include:
The Slugger — A 16-inch, one-pound jalapeño cheddar sausage — will debut as an exclusively-crafted hot dog for fans. It’s topped with white cheese sauce, corn relish, cilantro crema and tortilla strips. It will also be served with a pound of fries.
“We partnered with one of our sponsors Papa Cantella’s — who creates our Dodger Dog — and I went to them and said, ‘Hey, I need something grand and fantastic. How big of a sausage can you create?” said Christine Mazakian-Gerriets, executive chef at Dodger Stadium. “I challenge someone to see if they can finish the whole thing.”

The Latin BBQ Platter — One of the handful of menu items returning from the 2024 season but with a hometown twist. The shareable plate will feature al pastor pork ribs, pulled pork, and chorizo links. It will be accompanied by esquites, chipotle cornbread, habanero baked beans, pineapple salsa and spicy coleslaw to complement the barbecue helpings.
The Pastrami Burger — Thinly-sliced pastrami tops a beef patty, along with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard on a potato bun.
“We’re in a city where there’s a lot of world-famous pastrami burgers, but I think this is going to be a competitor for them.” Mazakian-Gerriets said.

The culinary team also focused on enhancing menu items from last season.
The Chicken Katsu Sandwich — Elevated to a club this year with its additions of avocado spread, aioli, arugula, applewood bacon and tomatoes. It’s stacked layers brings a new vibe to the dish.
Home Run Platter — The fan favorite that is sure to be a hit again in 2025. The teriyaki chicken, steamed rice, blistered shishitos, spring rolls and gyoza dumplings make for the perfect meal to snack on at the game.

There are also new sweet treats on the menu.
Cinnamon-sugar-dusted tortilla chips covered in chocolate cream sauce, marshmallow fluff, mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs take the form of S’mores Nachos.
Also debuting on the menu is the Popping Boba Dole Whip that has a bursting surprise in every bite. Mango-flavored popping boba brings a Japanese flare to the beloved pineapple dole whip.
The new menu items will be featured throughout Dodger Stadium, along with the traditional Dodger Dogs, nachos and popcorn.
“You want to go into a new season with new and exciting food offerings. Every ballpark around the nation likes to compete to see who’s going to have the wildest, out-of-the-park item.” Mazakian-Gerriets said.
