The Dodger Silver Sluggers are now the Dodger All-MLB Team winners.
Shohei Ohtani (designated hitter) and Mookie Betts (outfield) were announced on Thursday as All-MLB First-Team selections. Teoscar Hernández was selected to the All-MLB Second Team.
Ohtani is now a three-time All-MLB First Teamer as a designated hitter (2021, 2023, 2024). He was Second Teamer at DH in 2022. Ohtani is also a two-time All-MLB First Teamer as a starting pitcher (2022, 2023) and a one-time Second Teamer as a starting pitcher (2021).
Betts is now a five-time All-MLB First Teamer (2019, 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024).
Hernández was also an All-MLB Second-Team outfielder in 2021 with Toronto.
Fan voting counted as 50% of the official determination of the 2024 All-MLB Team, with the other 50% being a baseball media panel vote.
Seven Dodgers were nominated for the 2024 All-MLB Team. Freddie Freeman (first base), Will Smith (catcher), Alex Vesia (relief pitcher) and Jack Flaherty (starting pitcher) rounded out the group.
