RAMS TRAINING CAMP
Schedule: Rams will practice at UC Irvine from Wednesday, July 28, to Tuesday, Aug. 10, before returning to their Thousand Oaks facility starting Aug. 12.
Fans: Late-afternoon practices at UC Irvine are open to the public July 28, 29, 30, 31, Aug. 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 10. For info and tickets, see therams.com/trainingcamp.
Scrimmages: Rams will scrimmage with the Cowboys on Aug. 7 in Oxnard, and with the Raiders on Aug. 18 and 19 in Thousand Oaks.
Preseason games: Rams host the Chargers on Aug. 14 (7 p.m.) and Raiders on Aug. 21 (7 p.m.) at SoFi Stadium. They face the Broncos on Aug. 28 (6 p.m.) in Denver.
Changes: Additions since last season include veteran QB Matthew Stafford and WR DeSean Jackson and rookie WR Tutu Atwell, LB Ernest Jones, DL Bobby Brown III and TE Jacob Harris.
Roster: Rams are allowed to start training camp with 91 players, one above the normal limit, to accommodate OT Max Pircher from the NFL’s International Player Pathway Program. Roster must be cut to 85 by Aug. 17, 80 by Aug. 24 and 53 by Aug. 31.
