The inside linebacker gets a second look in Los Angeles
The Los Angeles Rams have poached inside linebacker Christian Rozeboom off the Kansas City Chiefs practice squad and signed him to their active roster, according to Jordan Rodrigue of The Athletic.
The Rams are bringing back ILB Christian Rozeboom, two sources familiar with the situation said, signing him to their roster off the Kansas City practice squad (which he previously joined from the Rams’ PS). Depth/ST help with Travin Howard on IR for the immediate future.

Coming out of college from South Dakota State, Rozeboom was originally signed by LA after going undrafted in the 2021 draft. He was released by the Rams in their final cuts and signed by the Chiefs to their PS.
At 6’2, 230 lbs., Rozeboom is a tough, aggressive hitter who averaged 100 tackles in four college seasons. While his 4.70 forty time doesn’t scream sideline-to-sideline, a 6.96 3cone points to an ability to work well inside the hash marks.
In college he garnered multiple FCS All-American honors. A review of his film shows a high football IQ and instincts, edgy, 100% effort, a nose for the football, and the ability to make big time plays.
The signing of Rozeboom helps fill the Rams ILB void after the trade of Kenny Young to the Denver Broncos and Travin Howard’s injury.
