I’m very happy to announce that Ryan Walton has moved from old friend status to current teammate, as he will rejoin True Blue LA as a writer.
Ryan, you may remember, wrote for the site for a few years, and took over for me as the editorial manager of the site in July 2018 when I moved over to the national side of SB Nation. He’s covered games in person, including during spring training, the playoffs, and World Series, and his experience is very much appreciated.
Ryan is a Budget Analyst with County Fire and a proud #girldad of three girls, though he is still hoping one of them comes up with a fastball in the upper 90s someday.
Last week, I put out a call for contributors to the site, and I’m still sorting through the many responses. We have a few other additions that we will announce soon. Having Ryan back is a wonderful start to that process.
