Here’s what you need to know about Monday’s LA Dodgers victory parade, stadium event

November 2, 2025 by Los Angeles Daily News

Baseball’s repeat World Champions will celebrate with their fans the Dodgers Championship Parade on Monday morning, Nov. 3, that will wind through city streets and conclude with a tickets-only event at Dodgers Stadium at mid-day.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and the team announced details about the parade late Saturday night.

Both the parade and rally will be broadcast live on Channels 2, 4, 5, 7, 9 and 11, plus SportsNet LA and AM 570, the team said.

“Once again, the Dodgers have shown the world that Los Angeles is the city of champions,” said Bass. “I can’t wait to see the best of Los Angeles on full display at the parade as we celebrate our back-to-back World Series champions. I encourage all Dodgers fans to plan ahead for the parade, be prepared and celebrate peacefully, safely and responsibly.”

Los Angeles Unified Schools will not close for the festivities. Officials urged fans to take Metro to the events and warned that cars parking in closed areas along the parade route will be towed.

LAPD is on heightened alert, official said, and will have officers stationed on the parade route and near Dodger Stadium.

The parade is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Downtown on Monday. It will run from Temple Street and Broadway, continuing along an approximately 45-minute route west on Temple, south on Grand Avenue, west on 7th Street, and north on Figueroa Street, ending at 5th Street.

Dodgers players and personnel will travel atop double-decker buses on the parade route, the mayor’s office announced. Fans are encouraged to gather along Grand Avenue, the longest stretch of the parade route, officials said.

Following the parade, there will be a special ticketed event at Dodger Stadium at 12:15 p.m., according to the team. Tickets go on sale Sunday at noon online at dodgers.com/postseason. Stadium gates open at 9 a.m. and parking gates open at 8:30 a.m., but only for fans with tickets.

Officials cautioned that there will not be time to commute between the parade and the stadium event.

City officials urged fans to attend the parade in Downtown L.A. via Metro and/or Metrolink.

Metrolink plans to increase service on the Antelope Valley, Orange County and San Bernardino lines. Upon arrival at Union Station, Metrolink riders can transfer for free to LA Metro rail and bus services.

Metro officials encouraged fans to take the B Line from North Hollywood and D Line from Wilshire/Western to a number of downtown stations, including: Union Station, Civic Ctr/Grand Park, Pershing Square, and 7th St/Metro Center.

Fans coming from the San Gabriel Valley or the South Bay should take the A Line to Union Station, 2nd/Broadway, Grand Ave Arts/Bunker Hill, or 7th St/Metro Ctr Stations.

Fans coming from Santa Monica or East L.A. can take the E Line to Little Tokyo/Arts District, 2nd/Broadway, Grand Ave Arts/Bunker Hill, or 7th St/Metro Ctr Stations.

Also, the A, B and D Lines from Union Station, which connects to Metrolink, Amtrak, and many other bus services, according to Metro officials.

To travel to the stadium event, the Dodger Stadium Express will start service at 8:30 a.m.

Dodger Stadium Express buses from Union Station run on demand, every 5-7 minutes, officials said. From Harbor Gateway, the Dodger Stadium Express will run every 20-30 minutes, depending on demand.

Parking at Union Station is expected to be filled early in the day. Officials encouraged fans to take Metro into Downtown versus trying to drive and park before heading to the parade or celebration event. More on parking: https://www.metro.net/riding/parking/
